8th Annual People of Color Mental Health Conference

The 8th Annual People of Color Mental Health Conference will be held on Saturday, November 7 at Delaware Technical & Community College, Wilmington Campus. MHA co-sponsors the conference with Attention Deficit Disorder Association. This year's theme is "Minding the Mind through Mind, Body, and Spirit" and will feature a keynote presentation and workshops throughout the day about the importance of mental health as a part of one's overall health. Conference attendees can choose from a series of morning workshops related to mental well-being, enjoy lunch and entertainment, and continue on to the afternoon workshops.
