Public Transit

It’s easy to get in and around the downtown area from the hotel thanks to the city’s public transportation system. You won’t need to worry about renting a car or walking long distances to be able to get around with the ‘‘People Mover.’’ Safe, reliable and efficient, the People Mover is a vital asset for business travelers, tourists and locals alike.

With 13 stations across the city, this public transportation system enables guests to visit top attraction in downtown Detroit riding a train where another one pulls up every three minutes. Stretching almost 3 miles, the system provides connection between sports arenas, museums, banks and shopping centers. Each station is an attraction of its own showcasing mixed media and photographs you can touch, feel and interact with.
