ADDA Support & Resources
Our goal at ADDA is to provide our members, policy makers, the press and general public with the information, resources and support to help adults with ADHD live better lives.
Through our own programming, as well as collaboration with other organizations, professionals in the field and individuals who share our vision, we are able to connect you to a variety of resources. These include Articles on a wide variety of topics related to AD/HD, access to videos, webinars and other media and links to other organizations, websites and resources with helpful information.
ADDA members can also attend one of our teleclasses or participate in our members-only forum groups or members, professionals and support group leaders. Non-ADDA members can also participate in our free monthly teleclass and in the public forum.
AD/HD can present many challenges to the adults who live with the disorder, their family, friends and loved ones. But with proper diagnosis and treatment, and the support of family friends and caring professionals, adults with AD/HD can lead happy, productive lives. ADDA helps to provide that support in a variety of ways. Find professionals who specialize in AD/HD through our Professional Directory. Locate a Support Group in your area. Get assistance with starting or maintaining your own local adult support group with our "Adult Support Group Manual.”
